The room is a decorated and furnished, large double in a three bed maisonette. We have a large and modern living/dining room, large kitchen (hob cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave) 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, patio and garden. Parking space included.

We are in a quiet residential area, 30 seconds walk from the lively Hornchurch high street which is brimming with bars, pubs, restaurants and shops. A wide variety of high street chains, supermarkets, and local independent establishments on our doorstep.

It's a great area with fantastic transport links:

Hornchurch station (District Line) is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute bus/drive.
Buses to Romford and Upminster station stop right outside the flat about every 5 minutes. Either of these stations will take you into zone 1 (London) in 20 minutes.

I am a live in landlord - a sociable and friendly electrician who can take care of most DIY. Andrea is a lovely and extremely friendly Brazilian who has recently moved in. We're both easy going and keep the place tidy, looking for a room mate who is similar.
