Non-smoking house (summerhouse in garden can be used).

Apologies, but no pets, DSS or shared rooms. (Couples can take two rooms if available).
Elm Park is a wonderful and civilised place to live. It has all the amenities you might need such as library, post office, cafes, bars, butchers, bakers, fishmonger, beauticians, hobby shop, lots of green spaces etc. It really is a lovely part of the world.
