I am looking for one person who will keep the place clean and tidy and respect the property, although I am a live in landlord, I will be away most of the week so you would have the house to your self most of the time, within 2 minute walk to supermarkets fish and chip and Chinese take aways,,3 minute walk to bus stop with a bus every 20 minutes to Rayleigh and southend,10 minute walk to river crouch walks and pubs, of road parking, use of kitchen downstairs bathroom,, lounge with tv, conservatory and garden with garden furniture, all bills included except house phone which if used bill to be paid.
I am only there a couple of days a week to look after garden etc, I won't be there in the evening or night so you would be undisturbed and quiet. Femal preferred as I find they keep the place cleaner but males also welcome
