Single bedroom available in a terraced house in Hutton, Brentwood. 15-20mins walk to Shenfield station, where there are fast trains to London - Liverpool Street Station (30mins). Shared kitchen, bathroom, lounge/diner and back garden. Part furnished; all kitchen facilities, double bed, dining room table. Parking on the drive. There is a 1 min walk away convenience store where you can buy food and drink from Mon-Sun 8 am - 10 pm.
I am looking for a renter, who is respectful, tidy and does not work from home. References, credit check and 6 weeks deposit required. Cleaners visit fortnightly and most bills are included except for partial contributions to the electricity bill. If you want to arrange a viewing or have any other questions please get in touch.
