I am a live in landlord with my son who is 24. We both work full time (me from home). I am a 5 minute drive from shenfield station or a 20 minute walk.

Comes with all bills included including broadband.

Would have access to living room, kitchen, conservatory, downstairs toilet and family bathroom upstairs.

I am still slightly renovating but everything is new in the house now except the kitchen but is still in good working order and clean until it is done.

One month’s deposit is required and a reference.

I would be seeking a female of any age who works and is happy to share with me and my son.
