We are looking for a female student, Shenfield station is only a 20 minute walk with links into central london (overground and Elizabeth Line), Train takes 15 minutes to get to Stratford. (bus stop outside property should you need to go by bus), Ample parking space if your drive. Bills included.

Room is not en suite. But has a family bathroom that can be used.

We are a married professional couple living in the property. There is a office that you can also use if it is not being used by ourselves for work. Looking for a female, preferably a student.

Smoking is fine as long as it is outside and not in the property
