Wonderful semi detached property in the heart of Ingatestone. Shared with only myself who brought the house last year. I was attracted to this place due to the close proximity to the high street, A12 and the train station. The house has a lovely sunny garden and a really comfortable homely feel with the living room and kitchen overlooking the garden.

Your bedroom would be a large double at the front of the house and it has plenty of space for anybody who has a large wardrobe of clothes and shoes!! Also there is off street parking for two cars and the road is very quiet and safe.

I am an active and energetic nurse who is social but also would respect another person's space. I work a lot and also live part time at my sisters and parents house so you would have the house to yourself at least a few days a week. I need somebody who is clean and tidy and also trustworthy due to having the place to themselves more often than not.
