Double Room Furnished

I am seeking a Female Lodger for my 2 Bedroom house.
You will be house sharing with my daughter who is 28 years old.
This is a double bedroom. It has a double bed with wardrobes, Tv with basic Sky Package and a Work desk. Internet is also provided.
The Lounge can be shared.
There is a Bathroom upstairs with Bath, Shower and Toilet. Also a downstairs toilet.
The kitchen has a dining room table with 4 chairs, washing machine and Fridge Freezer.
The lounge has a Wall mounted Tv with Sky basic package.
Garden area can be shared with seating available.
This is an extremely quiet location so unfortunately I wouldn’t consider the partying type.
Requirements would be to clean and tidy.
Parking is available.
Ingatestone Train station is approximately 10 minutes walk. We are located off the high street so Shops, amenities etc are also a few minutes walk.
