Ideally I would like someone who works during the day. I have a large kitchen with range cooker which you are welcome to use, keeping it clean and tidy..

Laundry facilities are available for a small extra cost.

Lounge can be shared and small items may be stored in garage if required. I have basic Sky TV package and broadband available.

Small garden with loungers, sun most of day through to evening (when we have any!)

Beautiful village location, with countryside around.
5 minutes walk across road to train station, takes 30 minutes to London Liverpool Street.
10 minutes drive from M25 Brentwood.
20 minutes drive to Lakeside, 10 to Chelmsford

A short walk up to post office and many shops, including 2 supermarkets, barbers and hair salons, pubs, restaurants, boutiques, pharmacy, gifts shops, florists etc

Good community with local quiz nights, fitness classes, seasonal events etc.

I am home a lot of the time and lead a quiet life outside of my profession. I prefer not to have any other guests in the house.

I prefer an early bird than night owl, although one night a week I do get home late, but am quiet coming in!
