2 Rooms Available in Detached House

I have two rooms available for lodgers in my 3 bed detached house on a reasonably quiet road in Jaywick.

I am vegan, a musician, and I vote green. I’m ideally looking for lodgers who align with my values.

There is free parking on the road, and buses that go to Clacton. It takes about 45 minutes to walk to Clacton Pier. It’s a 6 minute walk to Jaywick Sands beach.

The house has a shared living/dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and oven/grill/hob. There’s a downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom with bath and shower. Outside I am growing veg in the front garden and there is a patio out the back suitable for relaxing in or hanging laundry.

The decor in the house is still a bit of a work in progress but everything is being updated bit by bit. I’m hoping to get a log burner fitted for the winter, and I’m gradually replacing old windows!
