I have a room to rent as my short-term lodger is moving out.
Based on private land out of the way of the main road. Parking is private. A 15-minute drive to Debden station (Central Line) and Brentwood station will get you into London pretty easily. There is a bus stop at the top of the drive.
I work from home.
Access to a pretty spacious kitchen and a shared bathroom (rarely used by me). On the 1st floor, that does mean stairs but not many.
Looking for someone that is clean, tidy, on time with rent and not allergic to animals (that'd get awkward). All are early risers and quiet. LGBT safe space.
Room is furnished: king bed, sofa bed, drawers and wardrobe.
