This is a 4 bedroom house 3 rooms are available to rent, there is off street parking for 2 cars.
I have no preference for gender of applicants only that they respect and take care of the furniture and property. they will have use of all of the facilities in the house ie broadband , kitchen, washing machine, garden area etc. All costs such as heating, council tax, electricty, water rates are included.
