Hi, I am looking for someone to rent a bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat which I will be living in. I do not have photos at the moment as I am currently in the process of moving into the flat. It is unfurnished at the moment, but am intending to have furniture for the room (optional, you are welcome to bring your own)..
2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fitted kitchen, lounge, garden, parking space (everything shared except the room)
i will mostly only be staying at the property from Sunday evening to Friday, so you will have the weekend to yourself.
There will be broadband which is included in the rent as well as water/electricity/gas bills.
