I’m currently looking for someone to house share with me in Laindon SS15. I’ve been a long term tenant here and due to a change in circumstances last year, I’m now looking for a housemate!

I’m a friendly and outgoing person who is
looking to houseshare with a professional who is respectful, clean & tidy.

The room is bright, spacious and newly decorated. The room has fitted mirrored wardrobes with 6 built in drawers and lots of storage space.

New double bed, mattress and bedding. 1x bedside unit. A small desk area can be fitted in an unused alcove space.

TV aerial in room.

The rest of the house/conservatory and garden can be shared.

All bills and super fast wi-fi are included.

The property is within easy access to the A127/M25. Approx 15/20min walk to Laindon train station (C2C mainline). Bus stop is 1 min walk. 10 min drive to the town centre, hospital, amenities, local gyms and festival leisure park.
