Your own access will be via the rear gate and through the shared kitchen (fully equipped) with a dinning area. You will get a large kitchen storage cupboard, top 2 shelves of fridge and top drawer of freezer for you food.
Own toilet and shower room, this is off the shared utility room where the washing machine is.
Basically you have access to the back end of the house, all on ground floor, so like having your own flat, but sharing kitchen when I'm there.
Some shed storage could be made available.
Use of drive for car - as long as your car does not have an oil leak or drips rust (been there!!!).
Bills included - broadband is 150mb.
Discounted rate if you don't need the room at weekends e. g. you live elsewhere but just work in the area.
12 to 15 min walk to train station, very close to A127.
4ft bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and tv stand installed... just need your clothes and your electronics.
Current lodger pays an optional £20 every 2 weeks for a cleaner to clean bathroom, bedroom and communal areas...
