Our charming house offers a bedroom on the second floor for rent. The floor has a separate bathroom which will be used by just the occupant at the moment.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a consistently clean and tidy home, as demonstrated in the unedited photos of our daily living environment.

Our household comprises three professionals who value peace and cleanliness, and do not welcome loud parties, excessive noise, or untidiness.

While there's no deposit required for the room, a £500 upfront payment is needed to reserve it, which will be credited towards your rent.

Rent is due monthly on the 1st, inclusive of all bills and parking is available in front of the house

Please note, pets and indoor smoking are not permitted, and drugs are strictly banned on the property.

Prospective tenants must provide employment verification through a payslip and a reference from their previous residence.
