Our detached house is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, in Laindon. The room that is available for rent is a large double bedroom which will be furnished with:
1. a double bed
2. chest of drawers
3. desk

Broadband is included in the price.

Tenant will have access to:
1) Bathroom
2) kitchen ( they will have their own storage unit but must have own crockery and cutlery)

Tenant may wish to have their meals in the dining room. Food will not be allowed upstairs.

Washing machine is also available for use.

The property is less than 1 mile away from Laindon train station.

Tesco, Lidl and The Gym Group are also within close proximities.
