We would like to rent out a room in our quiet, clean home to a working person, female preferred but open to conversation . We respect privacy and promote mutual respect for space. Well kept home and garden, I do have 3 small dogs so dog lovers an absolute must. Initial meeting/telephone conversation before viewing preferred, references required, close to station for good rail links to London. Shops walking distance, hospital bus links. Car parking close by. Shared kitchen, use of living room, upstairs and downstairs wash room.
