Large double bedroom to rent!

I have a spare large bedroom fully furnished.

The house is located within a mile from Basildon town centre where all the necessary amenities can be found (from hairdressers and opticians to cafes, takeaway restaurants, shops, nice pubs, etc).
More locally there are shops by the train station which is less than 10 minute walk and Ballads Walk Neighbouhood shops within a 5 minute walk.

In terms of transport/getting around:
Laindon train station is a 7-minute walk away arriving at London via Fenchurch Street or Liverpool Street in just over 30 minutes, but also goes all the way to Shoeburyness.

There is a bus stop within 1-minute walk away which will take you to the surrounding areas.

If you need to get around by car, it's also very easy. I'm close to the main roads such as A13, A127, A130 and M25.

I am a professional, who work full-time.
You will be sharing the house with me and my cockapoo girl, Maggie. She's 5 and fully house trained.
We're easy going but it's important that you are a dog person, meaning no parties and other activities that would upset my dog.

We don't mind if you are a smoker as long as you smoke outside the property.

You will share bathroom, ground floor toilet, kitchen and living room facilities with us.

We would consider another well behaved dog living with us, providing he/she gets along with Maggie and is fully house trained.
