Double Room within 3 Bed House (have to self)

I have a 3 bed semi detached house in Langdon Hills with a garden which is approximately 1 mile away from Laindon Station and very short walk to Tescos and a bus stop.

I have a double room with a single bed available to rent. If you would like a double bed you are more than welcome to bring your own. Within the room you will have a large wardrobe with hanging space and drawers. We would share a bathroom, but the best thing about this house share is that I will hardly ever be there. You will basically have the house to yourself for an awful lot of the time. I would be home for 2-3 nights (at the most) in the week (from 7pm) and some weekends. Most weekends I won't be there at all.

I have Sky TV, broadband, washing machine, dishwasher and all bills will be included.

I have a garage which houses my car but there is plenty of parking on the driveway for additional cars.

I am looking for a young professional female who is sociable, easy to get along with and tidy. I like to keep my house clean and clutter free - this is important to me.

My room will be ready to move in possibly on the weekend of 11th April or 30th May.

I have put down 6 months maximum stay but it will most probably turn out to be longer. Please contact me to discuss further.
