Double room with own bathroom on separate floor

We have a lovely double bedroom available with separate bathroom/shower room on your own floor. There is also an additional room as a sitting/living/storage room if required on the same floor for no extra cost. We have a separate fridge/freezer as well for our lodger. Washing machine and tumble dryer also available.

We have 2 children (age 5 and 11) who are used to having lodgers. Our home is very tidy and would welcome a lodger/s who are either happy to mix with our family or enjoy their own peace and quiet.
Parking is available off road.

We would prefer a short term let up to 6months as a starting point to see how it works out but would look to extending this if it suits both parties.
