Available Mon to Friday for non smoking male prefferably. The room is a decent single room (8'6"x9'6") in a large 5 bed quiet house, available for 4 nights weekly, Monday to Friday let. Single bed with drawers, fitted wardrobe chest bedside cabinet table, bookcase and shelves. Short walk to leigh station 40 mins to fenchurch street London and on main bus routes. The house has a very spacious kitchen breakfast room utility room dining and sitting room.. Large garden with parking. There are two upstairs bathrooms and one on the ground floor. I'm not always around because of work and Im looking for a quiet self sufficient professional guy who needs a Mon to Friday base.
