We are 4 professionals and a labradoodle looking for a suitable housemate to share our clifftop house. It is a short distance from the popular Broadway shops and Wine Bars, just a two-minute walk to Leigh-on-Sea Station and Old Town.
The sea view room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
High-speed fibre wifi is available throughout the house. We have Sky + HD with Sports, Cinema, On-Demand, Catch-up, etc.
Shared facilities include a bathroom with a power shower (one room has an en-suite) ground floor WC, kitchen with Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, etc. Pleasant garden with Rotary clothesline, Barbecue, and sheds. Off-street parking is possibly available.
