Extremely close to the beach and C2C train line to London (Fenchurch Street). Chalkwell railway station is a mere sixty second walk or fifteen second run (with the beach being twice that distance)! This opportunity will be ideal for either a commuting professional and/or someone who enjoys both Leigh life and the beach. I say 'someone' but imagine this would suit a couple equally well (rent would be 50% more for two). Parking is free at either end of the street.
The place is extremely tranquil at all times. In addition; due to my current circumstances, it would be unusual to see very much of me. As such, any prospective flat mate(s) would need to take this into account and - of course - be expected to take very good care of my home.
