This lovely spacious 2 story, 5 bedroom maisonette. I only rent out one room. This home is well situated for links into london, Southend, basildon etc. and, the a13 and a127. There is a bus stop outside and it’s an 8-10 minute walk to leigh station. It’s close to amenities and all leigh on sea life has to offer!

It’s a lovely spacious double room, furnished in a beautiful, warm, considerate, relaxed, balanced, clean, tidy, calm friendly household.

The home also has an outdoor terrace garden with hot tub for relaxing. When you are at one end of the home you don’t hear indoor noise

I am looking for right person to compliment my home who also must be clean, tidy and respectful.

There are two bathrooms. You will have a separate toilet/bathroom with washing machine mainly for your own use.

I’m very much into well-being and having a positive harmonious home that is friendly and respectful.

Lastly, I have a beautiful, happy, polite, well mannered and bubbly 4 year old son who is in daycare when I work, he is of no bother to the household, he is very joyful, happy, and content. (Words from everyone who meets him)

Full time £200 pw or Monday to Friday £125 pk for those working away from home (4 weekly) or £40 per. night

Just to clarify for those of you who don’t know, this means you live elsewhere and work near here during the week, you take your belongings with you Friday morning.
