It's a beautiful quiet area, close to Belfairs woods and main A127. The A13 is 5 minutes drive away. London Southend airport, Leigh-on-Sea & Rayleigh train stations and the seafront are within 10 minutes drive, city centre 15 mins.
Good public transport links with buses into Southend, Leigh-on-Sea, and Rayleigh close by (No's 29, 23A & 23B routes are very close by, other routes available within 12 minutes walk).
Off street parking for one small/medium car.
Clean, tidy, professional person only please.
I would consider a reduced rate for Monday to Friday lodgings
