This accommodation is not shared. It is an integral part of my house, but independent from it.

There are two rooms, a single bedroom with ensuite,
and a lounge / kitchenette. Stairs down to an independent access door to the side of the house.

Fully furnished, all bills included, single occupancy. Street parking is usually available. Walking distance to Leigh on Sea train station, with London a 45 minute journey away.

A pleasant residential road, but with shops, bus route near by and bars and restaurants of Leigh Broadway a walk away.
