Hi, I have a bright clean airy newly decorated and furnished double room with plenty of storage in a three bed house. Close to a park, supermarket, airport (5mins away), bus routes (buses to Southend inc. Hospital 10 mins away, Rayleigh and Basildon), A127 and close to David Lloyd leisure centre.
All living areas are shared, large kitchen diner, bathroom with bath and electric shower, garden and decking with garden patio area.
The room is to the rear of the property overlooking the garden. It has a double bed with drawer storage, a large white mirrored wardrobe with shelving and hanging space, a bedside drawer, an additional cupboard out of sight in the room with additional shelving and storage and if required additional wardrobe space in the guest room. There is also a clean and boarded out loft to store items as well as a garage or shed for a bike.
All household bills are included in rent except the usual, such as food, toiletries and cleaning products. There is no house phone as everyone uses mobiles these days. There is only myself living in the house so you will be the only tenant with all the privileges of the facilities my home offers. I have a cleaner come in periodically to clean and sanitise the bathrooms and kitchen area although I usually keep on top of keeping things clean and tidy and sanitised and would expect these areas to be kept clean after use.
All mod cons, American style fridge freezer, range cooker, combination microwave, air fryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, fast unlimited broadband, if you have your own TV there is a TV stand for your room as long as it is a TV which is mountable.
There is off road parking available to the rear of the garage but as I do not have a car at the moment the driveway can be used.
I would like to share with someone who is considerate and cleans up after themselves and who will respect the place as if it was their own. At times I enjoy my own privacy and will respect your privacy the same. I am young at heart, laid back and easy going which is probably why my past housemates have stayed so long each stay.
Please note: I am looking for a long term tenancy with a non smoking working professional only, vaping is ok but not the ones that bellow huge clouds and no couples or pets please. The room should be available from 24th February and can be viewed now.
References required such as proof of employment and previous tenancy if applicable.
