In full time employment
Able to provide references

The small but well equipped kitchen and clean practical shower room are shared with one other male.

As the facilities are shared with a male tenant , this would ideally suit another male .

I am a live in landlord based on the ground floor , ensuring the household is well managed while allowing tenants their own space .
