This is an en-suite double room to let for one person only. It will be in a house share with three other adults. We're very friendly with varying interests. You'll have to be in full time employment. The house itself is in very good condition in a quiet area. Close to shops and amenities. Walking distance to Leigh Broadway. The room will come with a double bed, a sliding mirror wardrobe, a book shelf, a desk and a chair. The rent is inclusive of all bills: gas, electricity, water, sewerage, council tax and broadband. However, there is £150 admin fee applicable. There's a lounge area with 2 sofas and a TV. Fully fitted kitchen. And also a huge garden at the back.
