We have 1 large double bedroom available in our large 5 bed house. We currently have two rooms let out to two nice guys, and one room we use as a home office during the day. The house has a very large lounge/diner and a large kitchen/utility room with a range oven to the ground floor, and a large 4 piece bathroom suite to the first floor. The available room is approx 4.5m by 3.4m. To the outside of the property is a patio area and garden. The property is 15-20mins walk to both Chalkwell and Leigh Stations, and 5mins from the bustling bars and restaurants of Leigh Broadway. We are very flexible regarding furnishing the rooms, if you'd like us to provide a bedframe and basic wardrobe we can or if you'd like to bring your own items that's also ok. Included in the price are all bills and fibre optic broadband with Talk Talk TV.
