I live a peaceful life and would like to share with someone who wants the same ... I would prefer to be asked if you want any visitors especially at first until I get to know you. I don't drink but haven't a problem with someone who drinks socially but would prefer you not to come home really drunk .. I am looking for someone who is professional and responsible .. and lives with respect for the house and myself as I would you ... the owners (my friends) are going to Australia and I will be looking after their property whilst living here too.
