We have a large room with en-suite, facing the garden, with a king-size bed £650 per month.
The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of all bills (unlimited superfast fibre broadband, council tax, gas/electricity, water, tv license, etc.). We also provide a cleaner for the communal areas every two weeks and a gardener when necessary.
The Landlords: We are a family-run business, we don't use letting agents and manage the property ourselves to ensure all our properties are safe, well-maintained and friendly. We also employ a professional maintenance company who can be contacted 24/7 in case of an emergency.
We ask for 1 months rent upfront and 1 months rent as a deposit, which is registered with the government. There are no other charges.
