Rooms to rent in Linford

I’m looking to rent out to professionals in full-time employment.

On offer, two single rooms available for separate occupancy. Both rooms have a single bed and mattress and wardrobe space.
You will have access to the shared bathroom, equipped with a shower.
You will also have access to the kitchen where you will be afforded some food storage space and shared access of the fridge.
The c2c train runs from London Fenchurch to Shoeburyness with train running at regular intervals Monday through Saturday at intervals of roughly 15-20 minutes. The Sunday service is slightly more spread out with trains running at an average of 30-40 minutes apart.
There is also a bus service- 375- which runs from Horndon to Grays and back Monday to Saturday at two hour intervals. There is no Sunday service.
Currently there is only one occupant in the property, the live-in landlord.

I am available for viewings in the evenings and at weekends.
