I am very happy to be able to offer this spacious, peaceful room for a female professional, ideally medical practitioner at Princess Alexandra Hospital. .

The room is for single occupancy only.

The room will be available to move into on NOVEMBER 15, 2024.

A reference from your employer and a deposit will be required to secure the room once selection is complete.

This spacious room faces a quiet cobble-stone square and pine trees. It has a Queen-size double bed, study area and large modern drawers and clothes hanging frame - and large windows.

You will join a female medical professional lodger who has the second room on the second floor of my house.

You have a new shower room exclusively for both lodgers’ use only. The lodgers' rooms are either side of the bathroom on the middle floor of the house. My family living spaces and studio are above and below - you will feel more like you are in a hotel than a house.

You will have use of our large kitchen with full cooking facilities. Each lodger has their own individual fridge/freezer in the kitchen. A washing machine is available and drying clothes on the line in summer and in the upper airing cupboard is possible in the winter. Good broadband connection free of charge.

The house is in a very quiet set of town houses located 5 minutes walk (.4 of a mile) from Harlow Hospital. By foot, Sainsbury’s is 2 minutes, Harlow Town Centre is 5 minutes as is the wonderful Town Park and Harlow Station is 12 minutes.

In the last 6 years we have been proud to have had 4 doctors, 2 nurses and an NHS manager as our lodgers - from the UK, India, Egypt, France, the Philippines and Nigeria. We are in contact with all of them and several have become good friends. References from them are available upon request about how it is to live at the property.

I am a creative professional with an office studio on the ground floor. My son is at medical school school and my daughter studies film making and lives at the house part time.
