Quiet friendly village location

Room available to a lady who goes out to work all week. I am renting out on a room only basis as I like my own space.
One Extra large double bedroom available within a bungalow, actual measurements of room are 4.22 metres X 3.51 m
shared by your host (owner).
Shared shower room with walk in bath and shower over and kitchen with use of washing machine and all crockery, pots and pans, utensils and cutlery. I live quite simply and do not have a microwave, but you can bring your own to put in your room I will provide table and chair for your room. You will also need to provide your own towels. I will provide the bedding for the double bed which is really comfy.
There is an electric double oven and grill and electric hob and toaster for your use.
A security /damage refundable deposit of £400.00 to be paid for guests and one months rent in advance.

Wardrobe 1 to hang your clothes and wardrobe 2 with
shelves and storage boxes for your clothing. Also a tall 5 draw chest.
The only thing you will need to provide is a T. V.
There is a bolt on the inside of your door for your privacy also a room safe is provided for your valuables due to no lock on your room, I would need to be able to locate central heating controls in your room on a regular basis.
There is a smoke alarm in the hallway so please respect the no smoking.
When you depart you will receive the deposit back in your bank account on the same day of departure , as long as the room check is satisfactory. ( No spills, stains or damaged items). I would like a professional ( a person who goes out to work) and a person who keeps the house clean and tidy.
Little totham is a lovely friendly village with a great country pub with fabulous roast dinners and regular entertainment, quizzes, open mike nights etc
Heybridge is 6 mins in the car and tiptree 10 mins away with supermarkets, doctors, chemist, opticians, takeaways etc etc
Nearest train station is Witham around 20 mins away by car.
