Two double bedrooms available within a bungalow shared by your host (owner). Shared shower room with complimentary shower gel and shampoo, large fluffy towels soft sheets and fluffy pillows provided for overnight and short break guests only. If you would like to have a monthly stay or longer you would need to provide your own towels, a shared washing machine is available to you and shared kitchen . For long stay guests please ensure you keep the kitchen clean and tidy.
Free Wi Fi, T. V. with a good selection of D. V. D. s and complimentary fruit and snack bowl.
Unlimited coffee and tea provided in your room. (Short stays and overnight guests.)
Gluten, dairy free diets catered for at no extra charge.
A continental breakfast is provided. Plenty of space to hang your clothes. Bistro table and chairs in room and chest of draws. There is a bolt on your door for your privacy also a room safe is provided for your valuables due to having an open house policy.
There is a smoke alarm in the hallway so please respect the no smoking.
The check out time is 12pm. The price advertised is for a months stay without food. The price for the large double ( 2 people with continental breakfast) for the night would be £95.00 plus a refundable deposit of £100.00 which will be deposited back into your bank if the room check is satisfactory. ( No spills stains or damaged items). The smaller double would be £75.00 for 2 people with continental breakfast.
