Double bedroom available

We have a double room coming available at the beginning of November as our current house mate will be leaving.

We are based im a safe, quiet area near Broomfield Hospital and are seeking a mature, friendly housemate.

We are a working couple (im 29, he is 35) that live here at the moment, with our two friendly cats. My partner works shifts that are early mornings and over night. I work monday-friday 9-5 and often from home. We live in the rooms upstairs.

We love the occasional trip to the pub, cooking/take away evenings every now and then, and gardening.

We would love someone who is considerate, tidy and social. A professional is ideal but would be open to a mature student. There's a shared living room and dining room, your own fridge and freezer and your own kitchen cupboards.

The room is downstairs, front of house with a bay window. It is fully furnished with large chest of drawers and wardrobe, double bed. You would just need to provide your own bedding. Your door is lockable and secure.

Large open garden within walking distance of a nature reserve for stunning walks.

Your own toilet but we do share the shower for now.

WiFi is available and good speed. I work from home often and it's very rarely ever a problem. We have lovely neighbours who are never a bother, makes for peaceful WFH if you needed it.

The rent is £750, all bills included. We are not the landlords, we are current tenants advetising on behalf of our landlord with his permission :)
