Quiet comfy room with view for short term rental

A comfortable medium-sized double room (with a single bed) is available in our lovely modern home. Ideal for a professional person or someone attending the Audley End concerts.

Rent is £210 per week for a minimum of 2 weeks. A reduced rate may be possible for e. g. Monday–Friday occupancy.

The room includes a single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and shelves. You’d share a shower room with just one other, respectful, person.
The house is clean and well maintained, with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen/dining room and washing machine.
All bills and fast fibre Wi-Fi are included. Please note there is no TV licence; and no smoking indoors.

The house has a large garden with countryside views and off-road parking, and is located in a village 2.5 miles west of Saffron Walden, 3 miles from Chesterford Res. Park, 4.5 miles south of the Hinxton Genome Campus.

I'm looking for a reliable, considerate temporary housemate who will fit in with the relaxed atmosphere; this is a peaceful home, ideal if you're looking for somewhere quiet to work and rest. You would be sharing with just one or two others, including me (the landlord). I'm an artist and biologist, retired.
