A lovely well-lit double room is soon available in our quiet, modern house with a large garden. It would best suit a professional person and for part-of-week use, negotiable.

This is a modern 2-bathroom private home: quiet, clean and tidy; with washing machine, central heating, parking, bike-shed, large garden, and countryside views. No tv licence; no smoking (or other strong smells!) indoors.

Shared kitchen-dining, fully equipped and furnished. Clean downstairs shower-room shared occasionally with one other person. Bills and fast fibre Wifi included; C. Tax (Band C) to be discussed. 28 days' notice required to end.

The house is in a village 2.5 miles west of Saffron Walden and 3 miles from Chesterford Research Park and Audley End Station, 4.5 miles S of the Hinxton Genome Campus. Although there are buses e. g. City 7, they are slow.

Reliable and considerate applicants only, please. It's generally quiet and peaceful here , good for working and sleeping undisturbed. You’d be sharing with only 1 or 2 other friendly, respectful professionals.
