Quiet room with view near research parks, M-F poss

A well-lit double room is available in our lovely modern home. It would best suit a professional person. Less than full-time use or Mon-Fri can be discussed.

The house is kept clean and tidy; it has a washing machine, central heating, parking, bike-shed, large garden, and countryside views. The room is a medium-sized double with single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and shelves. No tv licence; no smoking (or other strong smells!) indoors.

Shared kitchen-dining room, fully equipped and furnished. Shower-room shared with one other person – or private use during the winter. Bills and fast fibre Wifi included; C. Tax (Band C) to be discussed, as c. £45pcm additional if it applies. 28 days' notice required to end.

The house is in a village west of Saffron Walden and 3 miles from Chesterford Research Park and Audley End Station; 4.5 miles south of the Hinxton Genome Campus. Although there are some buses e. g. City7, they are slow.

Reliable and considerate applicants only, please. It's generally quiet and peaceful here, good for working and sleeping undisturbed. You’d mostly be sharing with only 1 other friendly, respectful professional, as I’ll be away much of the time. As for myself, I’m an artist and biologist, retired.
