This lovely double room is in a quiet, newly-built house in the village of Littlebury. It's just 3 miles from Chesterford Research Park, 4.5 miles from Hinxton Genome Campus, 3 miles west of Saffron Walden and 14 miles south of Cambridge.

With beautiful countryside views, this room has a comfy double bed and a study table, office chair, etc. Next to it is the shower-bathroom shared with just one nice and considerate part-time lodger. Shared use of a sunny kitchen-dining-living room, washing machine, garden, 'bike shed' and off-road parking.

Kept clean and tidy, you’ll find this place to be a peaceful, friendly and respectful atmosphere for work and rest.

Rent includes fast WiFi and all bills (N. B. £50 pcm toward Council Tax included) and the price of £650 pcm is based on slightly less than full-time use – but flexible, to be discussed. 28 days’ notice required.
Short stays of 1-2 weeks are possible before September and a price supplement may then apply.
