Female lodger for cottage near Saffron Walden

I'm looking for someone, preferably a woman, couples ok, to rent a large double en-suite room in my cottage and look after my cat while I’m away over the winter. The cottage is for sale so it’s likely to be a short let. I’m going away for around 2 months between mid November and January so you’ll have the place to yourself in that time.

One thing that’s very important- Whoever moves in love cats and be responsible. My cat is actually diabetic and needs insulin shots twice a day which the neighbours can help with if you go away. So you’ll need to be ok with this, it would suit someone with some healthcare or pet healthcare experience. Rent possibly negotiable to the right person.

Whitebeam cottage is in Littlebury Green, a small village close to Saffron Walden and Audley End train station. The cottage has lots of character with beams, a comfortable lounge with wood burner, separate dining room, an Aga, and a small garden with a lovely rural view.

The bedroom has a double french-style bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.. You'll have your own en-suite large adjacent 4-piece bathroom with huge bath and shower. There is a second bathroom too for the other bedroom.

All bills included, no landline. Fast broadband.
