We welcome professional people of any nationality. or orientation. There is plenty of storage space in the room, which has its own en-suite. No smoking in house but you are welcome to smoke in our beautiful garden. We are a five minute walk to Loughton Central Line Tube Station (Zone 6 - 45 minutes to Liverpool Street). 5 minutes to Epping Forest, with acres of beautiful walking and cycling, and 5 minutes to Sainsbury's! Large kitchen/dining room, washing machine, dishwasher and your OWN FRIDGE! We would love to find a housemate with the same views as us on keeping the house clean and neat!. We have a beautiful friendly Samoyed dog who would be very happy to welcome a dog lover. Rent includes wi-fi, gas, electricity, water and Council Tax.
