The double room is fully furnished with double bed and wardrobe. It’s a sunny room, full of light, with clean modern decor.
The £625 rent per calendar month includes all bills, and shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, and back garden which is directly attached to the property. There is free on street parking. It also includes shared wi-fi.
The kitchen and bathroom provide all mod-cons. The kitchen has an almost new dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer. The property has modern and clean decor throughout.
I am looking for a clean and tidy lodger who is a full-time professional, but no couples. This accommodation would suit someone both with a work and social life outside the home. Checks will be needed re: employment and any previous landlords. Right to rent checks will also be undertaken.
(Bills would be exclusive for mature students and home-workers. The cost of gas, electricity and water would depend on usage, and would range from approximately £100 to 300 per month.). There is room for a small desk in the bedroom should you wish to bring this.
