Great living space

We are 2 working people looking for a new housemate, with have a nice 3 bedroom house, (Close to East 15, 5 mins walk) easy going but we like a clean and tidy home. We have a small dog who shares our home with us so you must like dogs!

Lovely space for three people with sitting room and large kitchen dining area. We enjoy the seating area in the garden on sunny days.

This not a party house, it is somewhere to return to after work / study, to chill and relax, consideration for each other is extremely important.

The house is located in Zone 6, tube to Liverpool Street is 30 minutes, 45 minutes to Oxford Circus. We are approximately 15 minutes away from the M25 and M11 (depending on the direction of travel) and around 35 minutes from Stansted Airport.

Internet, TV licence and water rates including, council tax and utilities, all you pay is the single rent payment and your own phone.
