The house is kept in clean condition, comprising of a 15ft lounge, 21ft kitchen/diner on the ground floor. On the first floor is three bedrooms, bathroom and separate W/C. Benefits include 48ft rear garden and off street parking at an additional cost.

The location is fantastic, within 3 minutes walking distance of Debden station, the M11 and popular bus routes, offering you the freedom of being able to commute in and out of London swiftly and easily.
