4 bed semi detached house with off street parking in a very quite location, the house is very clean & tidy. and there is off street parking always available at present there are 1 couple & myself the landlord living at this property, we all keep the house clean together.
You have use of the living room, garden & if your a smoker you can smoke in the conservertory, the garden backs onto a park so has a rear entrance straight in to the park, Buckhursthil station is a 10/15min walk away
I am a muslim and only eat halal meat so would not allow any cooking of pork, bacon or ham on the property purley because of my faith.
