Lovely Double Room in Loughton

The spare bedroom is available in my lovely 2 bed flat. There is one shared bathroom and an open plan kitchen and a shared living room space. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy so I need someone likeminded.

Ideally a female from a professional working environment who enjoys a balance of peaceful tidy living as well as the occasional socialising. My room is open to sharing this space in a fun and respectful way for both.
Loughton has a lovely high street with lots of lovely restaurants, Wine Bars, coffee shops, independent shops and designer boutiques, including hairdressers and beauty salons and several fitness centres as well as supermarkets. We have ample access to most amenities.

Parking space also available if you drive.

We have easy access to M11, M25, A406 and A12 and 10 minute walk to the Central Line, Debden or Loughton tube. A 10 minute drive to Chingford Main Line station.

Broadband and sky TV also included.

Little bit about myself…My interests are going to the gym, Pilates, healthy living, walking, football and I like to go to the theatre and watch live music, city breaks and traveling and spending time with friends and family.
