Lovely Double Room in Loughton

The spare bedroom is available in my lovely 2-bed flat. The flat has one shared bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, and a comfortable shared living space. I keep the home clean and tidy, so I’m looking for someone who is like-minded and takes pride in their living environment.

I’d ideally prefer a female professional who enjoys a peaceful, tidy home but is also open to the occasional bit of socialising — a catch-up, the odd glass of wine, or watching something together. It would be nice to share the space in a friendly way rather than just being strangers living under the same roof.

Loughton has a great high street with restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops, independent shops, and boutiques, as well as gyms, beauty salons, and supermarkets — everything you need close by.

Parking is available if you drive.

Great transport links with easy access to the M11, M25, A406, and A12. It’s around a 10-minute walk to both Debden and Loughton Central Line stations, and about a 10-minute drive to Chingford mainline station.

Broadband and Sky TV are included.

A bit about me — I enjoy the gym, Pilates, healthy living, walking, football, theatre trips, live music, city breaks, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
