Lovely Double Room in Loughton

The spare bedroom is available in my lovely 2-bed flat. The flat has one shared bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, and a comfortable shared living space. I like to keep the place clean and tidy, so I’m looking for someone who’s like-minded and takes pride in their living environment.

I’d ideally prefer a female professional who enjoys a balance of peaceful, tidy living but is also open to occasional socialising — it would be nice to share the space in a friendly way, maybe the odd glass of wine, a catch-up, or watching something together, rather than just feeling like strangers living under the same roof.

Loughton has a great high street with plenty of restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops, independent shops, and boutiques, as well as gyms, beauty salons, and supermarkets — everything you need is close by.

Parking is available if you drive.

Great transport links with easy access to the M11, M25, A406, and A12. Around a 10-minute walk to both Debden and Loughton Central Line stations, and about a 10-minute drive to Chingford mainline station.

Broadband and Sky TV are included.
