House share - comfortable calm home

I am looking to rent out a room in my house to a fellow female professional looking for a comfy, calm and well kept home.

Your room has plenty of storage space and there are areas in the house to work if you have days working from home. You have main use of the main bathroom with a combined bath and shower. There is a garden to enjoy the outdoors, there is a drive for parking if you have a car, Epping Forest is moments away for lovely forest walks, and Loughton station is about 5mins walk away.

You will be sharing with me, a 34yr old female professional. I work in the city, am usually in the office 3 days a week and out most evenings seeing friends or going to the gym, but it would be great to have a housemate who would like to have the odd evening together either in, cooking or watching a film with a takeaway, or exploring what Loughton has to offer! I am easygoing and keep everything tidy and clean, and like to have cosy and relaxed vibes when at home. The house is cleaned every other week, this is included in the rent cost.
