Double Room close to Central Line in Loughton

Hello!

I have a lovely double room to rent in my two-bed flat in Loughton on the Central Line (which is 5 mins away). The flat is within a new development (completed last year) and comes with all the usual modern appliances (freezer, dishwasher, dryer, etc.) and it is located within walking distance to Sainsbury's, a few gyms plus various other shops on the high street. Epping forest is also nearby if you're keen on long weekend walks. From Debden station (the closest), you're 20 mins away from Stratford, 30 mins from Liverpool Street and 40 mins from Tottenham court road.

The room is spacious, bright and newly furnished (chest of drawers, desk, wardrobe, shelves) and has a double bed with storage underneath (it can be converted into a single bed as you can see from the pictures). The living/dining room is spacious too and has a big TV with Sky and Netflix available.

There are two bathrooms and two toilets in the flat (main one and ensuite) and since I only use the ensuite, the main one would be mainly/only yours to use. There's also non-allocated, off-street parking and a locked bike shed should you need either. The flat has a balcony (with chairs and coffee table coming soon) and is situated on the third floor (out of four) overlooking the communal garden.

A bit about myself...I am an IT professional working in software engineering, mostly working from home but also going to the office twice a week. I also study computer science so I'm rather busy and would appreciate quietness in the flat (i. e. no friends over every weekend, etc.). Aside from work, I play chess and enjoy the usual movie nights. I don't have any pets but I regularly look after my friend's and neighbhour's dogs as I'm really a dog person who misses dogs. If you have a pet, this could be accommodated. I consider myself friendly and respectful to people's space and while I don't primarily share to make new friends, I have made many friends when sharing in the past so if it happens, that's a plus but I'm also happy to keep it to myself. :)

And a bit about yourself! I'm looking for someone who's happy to share mid-term (say 3 to 6 months) with the possibility of a longer term stay if it works out on both sides. Professional or student, any country/religion/gender identity/etc., I really don't mind. Any background is welcome. Time-wise, I'm in no rush to get someone moving therefore whatever works best for you would also work for me!

Regarding bills, I am looking to split water (currently £40 pcm), energy bills (hard to estimate but the flat is quite energy efficient) and 25% of council tax (which is equivalent to the single person discount I could no longer claim, so about £50 pcm). Sky and fibre wifi is free (worth £130)
