Im offering one bedroom with a shared kitchen, bathroom and lounge area. I am in a great position, only 5 minutes to the central line and also close to Epping Forest. I'm happy to help you navigate around and show you some of my favourite places to walk!
I live with a small dog , its important that you like animals. And there is a beautiful garden attached to the property, you are welcome to grow your own plants.
I enjoy quiet time and some time alone and would get on best with somebody who is similar.
You're bedroom currently has a lovely wooden fold out sofa bed, with a mattress and duvet, a desk, a bookshelf and lots of room to store and hang clothes. It overlooks the garden and is next to the bathroom. I'm happy to talk about anything else you may need or for you to bring in furniture.
(At the end of the month, if we are both comfy and happy : I am happy to continue renting you the room)
The next step would be to meet for coffee, to see how we get along and talk over the smaller details.
