The price includes all bills, as well as all cleaning products and soap - right down to kitchen and toilet paper. I am a quiet person, and while I enjoy socialising, this is not a party house.

The room is not available for couples.

The flat is located in a 3-bedroom purpose-built block of four flats. I live there with my little dog, on the first floor. You will not be sharing with anyone else. There are six rooms in total, with the third bedroom serving as a study.

Loughton is a lovely, fairly small town on the edge of London. It offers plenty of cafes, restaurants, hair and beauty salons. The flat is approximately a seven-minute walk from Loughton tube station, and there is a bus stop at the top of the road serving bus routes 20 and 397. There are various supermarkets to choose from, with Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury’s being the nearest, just a 10-minute walk away.
