The flat is located in a 3-bedroom 1930s purpose-built block of four flats. I live there with my dog, Blossom, on the first floor. There are six rooms in total, with the third bedroom serving as a study. We have a fortnightly cleaner and on-street parking available.
Location:
Loughton is a lovely, fairly small town on the edge of London. It offers plenty of cafes, restaurants, hair and beauty salons. The flat is approximately a seven-minute walk from Loughton tube station, and there is a bus stop at the top of the road serving bus routes 20 and 397. There are various supermarkets to choose from, with Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury’s being the nearest, just a 10-minute walk away.

The flat is located in Zone 6, and the tube journey to Liverpool Street is 30 minutes, while it takes about 45 minutes to reach Oxford Circus. We are approximately 15 minutes away from the M25 and M11 (depending on the direction of travel) and around 45 minutes from Stansted Airport.
Summary:
I am a quiet person, and while I enjoy socializing, this is not a party house. You are welcome to share the lounge and cook whenever you want. The price includes all bills, from fuel to the cleaner, as well as kitchen and toilet paper.
